The FCC has just approved two unannounced Samsung phones: the Samsung i5700 Spica, also known as the Galaxy Lite, alongside the R860. Samsung i5700 is the phone with AMOLED touch screen, equipped with Wi-Fi, GPS and 3.2MP camera.
